I understand that:

Martial arts involve physical activity and contact, and as such there is an inherent risk of injury.
I/the student will follow instructors' directions.
I/the student will treat others with respect.
Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from training.
The instructor will be kept up to date with regards to medical information.

11) Uniform (Dobok) Order

All of our students require an ITF training uniform (called a dobok) and a belt. These are ordered through your instructor.

Please indicate the student’s height in centimetres, and whether you would like a cotton or polyester (breathable) Dobok.
